Biography

I. D Yusuf is a Lecturer II in the Department of Islamic Law, Fountain University, Osogbo. He holds Primary School Certificate, Secondary School Certificate, Thanawiyyah Certificate, Diploma (Shariah and Common Law) LL.B and LL.M, BL from Ajoke Model Nursery and Primary School, Ilorin, Unilorin Secondary School, Darul Ulum Centre for Arabic and Islamic Studies, Ilorin, Bayero University, Kano, University of Ilorin and Nigerian Law School (Kano Campus) respectively. He is currently a Ph.D (Islamic Law) candidate at the University of Ilorin. He equally holds a certificate in Usul Al-Fiqh from the International Islamic University, Malaysia. He is a Lawyer, Shariah Practitioner and a budding Shariah expert. He has interest in: Islamic Family Law, Islamic Law of Evidence, and Islamic Criminal Law.
